Solutions to some common problems.

Send to iPod isn't working!
You must have a 2nd generation or newer iPod. To use this functionality, your iPod must have "Firewire disk mode" enabled.
To do this, connect your iPod to your Mac, then open iTunes. Click on the iPod Options icon on the bottom of the iTunes window:

Then check "Enable Firewire disk use."

From this point on, xPad will automatically discover your iPod when it's attached to your Mac and you'll be able to send documents to it.


My license code isn't working!
Be sure to enter your name, email address and license code exactly as they appear in the email you received. If you're still having trouble getting your code to work, please email support@getxpad.com


I lost my license code, what do I do?
Open xPad's Preferences ( ,) and click the "Registration" icon in the toolbar.
Then click the Lost Code button and follow the instructions on the email message that opens.
